What does a typical yacht charter come with?
Each charter comes with a skilled crew, safety gear, fuel, and standard refreshments. Depending on the type of service, inclusions can differ — for example, sunset trips come with top-notch refreshments and snacks, while business charters feature meeting amenities and corporate catering options.
When should I make my reservation?
To secure your booking, it's advised to reserve your yacht 2–3 weeks ahead of time, particularly during high season, which extends from May to September. Organizing corporate events and private functions should be done 4–6 weeks in advance to ensure better vessel selection and timeframe for personalizing your experience.
What if the weather becomes unfavourable?
Our utmost concern is your safety. Should the captain deem the weather unsafe, we will propose an alternative date or issue a complete refund. We closely observe meteorological conditions and will inform you 24 hours before your scheduled departure if there's any cause for concern.
Am I allowed to bring my own refreshments and snacks?
Certainly, you're more than welcome to bring along your preferred snacks and beverages. We also provide exceptional catering services with customizable menus to suit your tastes. Note, for safety reasons, glass containers are prohibited on board.
Can individuals with limited mobility access your yachts?
We aim to be inclusive and accessible for all our guests. Some of our boats are more equipped for accessibility than others. We ask that you reach out to us upon booking to chat about specific requirements, and we’ll guide you to the most appropriate yacht and coordinate any necessary arrangements.
What's your policy on cancellations?
If you cancel more than 72 hours before departure, we will return the full amount. For cancellations made between 24–72 hours before departure, you'll receive half the amount back. No reimbursement is offered for cancellations made under 24 hours before the trip unless it's due to weather conditions or mechanical failures on our side.
