By reserving a charter or using our Service, you consent to comply with these Terms. Should you not agree with any section of these terms, you are not permitted to use the Service.

2. Service Overview

CollectiveAccessLane offers luxury yacht chartering services, which include but are not limited to:

  • Yacht rentals for daily use
  • Sunset sailing experiences
  • Company retreats
  • Events for private gatherings
  • Charters for multiple days

Our services are subject to change and depend on availability and climatic conditions. We hold the right to alter or cancel services at our discretion.

3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

To reserve a charter, you are required to:

  • Be of at least 18 years in age
  • Provide valid and comprehensive details
  • Prioritize paying the necessary deposit as indicated in your reservation confirmation
  • Acknowledge your agreement to these Terms & Conditions

3.2 Confirmation

A booking is secured only once payment has been made and we have issued a formal confirmation. We may decline to offer service to anyone at our own judgment.

3.3 Availability

Our yacht charters are offered contingent upon vessel availability and suitable climate conditions. Reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate your requested schedule.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

All quoted prices are in € and cover any relevant taxes unless stated differently. Prices are open to changes without prior notice.

4.2 Payment Schedule

  • Deposit: 50% of the full charter fee is to be paid during reservation
  • Balance: Required to be paid 48 hours in advance of the charter’s commencement
  • Incidental charges (if any): Payable after the completion of the charter

4.3 Payment Methods

We accept most major credit cards, bank wire transfers, and authenticated cheques. Payment processing is conducted through protected, encrypted channels.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

  • If canceled more than 72 hours prior to departure: A full refund minus any transaction fees
  • If canceled between 24 to 72 hours prior to departure: A refund of 50%
  • If canceled less than 24 hours prior to departure: No refund will be provided

5.2 Weather Cancellations

Should our captain deem weather conditions unsafe, we will propose to:

  • Move your charter to an alternative day at no added cost
  • Issue a full refund if rescheduling isn’t an option

5.3 Mechanical Issues

In case of mechanical failures with the designated vessel, we will strive to offer a comparable replacement. If this isn’t available, we’ll provide a full refund.

6. Safety and Conduct

6.1 Safety Requirements

All guests are expected to:

  • Obey all directions provided by the crew
  • Use the safety equipment as necessary
  • Disclose any medical conditions that may impact their safety
  • Stay within allowed areas on the vessel

6.2 Prohibited Items

The following items are prohibited on board:

  • Glassware
  • Illegal substances
  • Weapons or firearms
  • Overindulgence in beverages (beyond a reasonable quantity)
  • Pets (without prior approval)

6.3 Conduct

Passengers must behave in a considerate manner. We have the authority to cease a charter without refund if passenger behavior endangers safety or interrupts the serenity of other guests.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Our Liability

Our liability is confined to the amount you have paid for the charter. We are not responsible for:

  • Injuries to individuals resulting from their own carelessness
  • The loss or harm to personal belongings
  • Indirect, incidental, or punitive damages
  • Delays arising from meteorological events or situations outside our control

7.2 Insurance Coverage

We sustain comprehensive maritime insurance for our vessels and operating procedures. It is the duty of passengers to secure their individual travel and possession insurance.

7.3 Assumption of Risk

By engaging in our charter services, you agree to the understanding that seafaring activities come with innate risks and assume full responsibility for your own safety and security.

8. Modifications and Itinerary Changes

We hold the right to revise itineraries, paths, or schedules based on meteorological conditions, safety needs, or operational prerogatives. We will endeavour to deliver comparable alternative options.

9. Force Majeure

We cannot be held accountable for interruptions, cancelations, or changes brought about by events not within our control, such as but not limited to:

  • Extreme weather phenomena
  • Natural catastrophes
  • Governmental edicts
  • Port suspensions
  • Machine breakdowns

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your private data is managed in compliance with our Privacy Policy. By utilising our services, you consent to our data collection and usage as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

11. Intellectual Property

All material on our website, including texts, images, logos, and graphics, is protected by copyright and trademark legislation. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or creation of derivative works is not permitted without our explicit consent.
